Stephanie Burgess is a dedicated attorney and community advocate running to represent Georgia House District 164 with integrity, courage, and common sense leadership. A native of Savannah with deep roots in our community, Stephanie has spent her career fighting for fairness, opportunity, and justice for all Georgians. Now she is ready to take that same determination to the State Capitol.

Stephanie believes our communities deserve leaders who will protect families, expand access to quality education and healthcare, strengthen public safety with fairness and accountability, and grow our local economy so every resident can thrive. She will work tirelessly to ensure that District 164 has a voice that is bold, principled, and focused on real solutions.

About Stephanie

Stephanie Burgess is the owner and managing attorney of Burgess Law Group, LLC, where she has built a reputation for aggressive and effective representation in criminal defense, family law, traffic and DUI cases, juvenile matters, and more. Her legal experience includes service as a staff attorney for both the Fulton County Superior Court and the Atlanta Municipal Court, as well as prior service as a Georgia police officer and deputy sheriff. Stephanie brings a unique combination of legal expertise, community commitment, and practical problem-solving to the race for State Representative.

Stephanie is known for her tenacity in the courtroom and her compassion for those she represents. Every day, she fights to protect the rights of individuals and to ensure that justice is applied fairly and equitably.
